All sales are Final. Red Panda Bike Shop does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items offered and/or sold by our store.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an at service@rpbikeshop.ca and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
